With the advent of social media, this communication priority spurred us to quickly marry this intelligence with that of the actions and intentions of participating in Social Media for business.

We also really enjoy managing and monitoring social media accounts on their behalf.

We strongly believe that authentic social networking combined with emotional intelligence, are survival techniques that need to be integrated into any business’ marketing, communication and online strategy.

The Social Intelligence Team:
Lisa is a communication expert who has worked as a trainer, coach and business consultant since 1994. Her specific strength is in developing learning interventions which are outcome focussed ensuring that they meet the client’s business or personal objective.
She also runs her own very successful training and consultancy business, with a specialist focus on experiential equine assisted learning which helps improve businesses by exploring people’s abilities to build rapport, lead, communicate , coach, negotiate and influence.
Lisa’s qualifications include: CIPD Trainer; NLP (Business and Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer); CMI Diploma in Business Support, ; and CMI Diploma in Strategic Business Coaching.
Shelley has worked exclusively with business owners in cohesively modelling their businesses for growth since 2007. Her consultative specialism is in franchising and ‘systemising’ businesses for independence from the owner. Her particular strength is in seeing a business as a working whole and in ensuring that the marketing, communication and online strategies are energetically intertwined.
She has a particular interest in businesses who market all or part of their businesses online and how this impacts their working lifestyle. She has been actively involved in social media in her businesses since 2008.
Shelley’s qualifications include: Certified NLP Business Practitioner; Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree in Economics; and Diploma in Project Management.
